【解決方法】Adobe無法取消試用期、點「取消」網頁顯示錯誤

座標台灣,剛剛在週六凌晨2點,
成功取消Adobe訂閱,免於信用卡被扣款。
由於假日台灣人工客服沒上班,
AI自動回覆也不能也解決問題,
差點嚇死我啦。
因為台灣的時間是週六凌晨2點,我忽然想到也許其他時區的客服也能協助我。
美國時區還在週五下午的上班時間,於是我將網頁切換到美國時區。
底下是我試過的所有方法,只有(5)成功:
❌(1-失敗) 到台灣區Adobe官網,自己按取消訂閱:網頁鬼打牆一直顯示紅字錯誤「An error occurred. Please try again」
❌(2-失敗) 在台灣區Adobe官網右下角對話欄位和Ai對話,但Ai只會重複貼相同網址要我按,或回覆真人客服沒上班。
❌(3-失敗) 用無痕分頁操作
❌(4-失敗) 用不同瀏覽器瀏、換成手機操作
✅(5-成功) 從網頁最底下,右下角區域切換到「美國區Aodob網頁」(如果畫面問你是否切換回台灣,都選否)。切換後,一樣點網頁右下角聊天視窗,呼叫真人客服 (一開始預設值是Ai自動回覆,你一定要主動說“找真人客服”)
美國區真人客服是回英文,但不用緊張,
我也是開著Google翻譯機翻譯。
真人客服會問你取消原因,我是回「學校有提供方案,所以我的個人帳號不需要訂閱」
接著客服很快就幫我取消試用了。(可以重新整理網頁檢查是否取消)
只花了不到5分鐘的時間。
